Meghan is a qualified Sport Scientist who specialises in functional training as well as sport-specific strength and conditioning. A karate champion with over 20 years of training and competition behind her, she brings patience, care and respect for her clients that is second to none.

She leads by example — evident in her movement mechanics and her fitness — and her main concern is keeping clients and athletes healthy and injury-free. That focus is what sets WorkoutZone apart: not just results or sign-ups, but a culture of consistent training, long-term improvement and, ultimately, enjoyment.

Scott is qualified in sports science and sports management and is a kickboxing instructor. A 2× Muay Thai SA champion and 4th Dan kickboxer, he has 14 years of experience as a cardio kickboxing and kickboxing instructor, functional trainer, personal trainer, and strength & conditioning coach.

He's often told he's patient with his clients — and whenever he says something is "easy", it never is.
